Dear Bay Point Harbour Resident:

The Landscape Committee has been working hard to oversee the weekly landscaping work done. The objective is to ensure we continue to enhance the landscaping throughout the Community.

Homeowners are welcome to enhance areas around their Unit. The desired plantings should complement the overall landscaping and therefore must be approved by the Landscape Committee and the Board. If approval is not given, you risk the Association removing the plantings at your expense. Please be aware that trees, shrubs and grasses you plant become part of the "common element" and will be maintained by the Association's landscaping company. Owner agrees all work must be approved by the Board before installation proceeds.



Approval time will take no more than 2 weeks by the Landscape Committee and or the Board.

Owner will provide the Office with a certificate of insurance for the vendor.

Owner will be responsible for watering and maintaining the permitted plantings and understands that the Association will not be responsible for dead materials. Owner further understands that it is their responsibility and at their expense to replace the plantings should they die. If they are not replaced in a timely manner, the Association will do so at the Owner's expense

Owner will be responsible for watering and maintaining all annual plantings and understand that the Association will not be responsible for dead materials. Owner should ensure that trees, shrubs bushes and grasses are warrantee for a period of 1 year and that it is their responsibility and at their expense to replace them if they die. Owner further understands once installed, these plantings will be maintained by the Association's landscaping company.

Owner agrees all plantings such as shrubs, trees and grasses will be maintained by BPH landscaping contractor once the materials are out of warranty.
